Step 1
Engage
Let’s see if it even makes sense to engage together. What’s the context for hiring an outside firm? Can I potentially save you a few thousand bucks by equipping you with some tools/knowledge to recruit yourself?
Step 2
Kickoff
Assuming there’s a good fit, we’ll want to dig into the company, the role(s), the interview process and set expectations on deliverables. We’ll also get set up on tooling (G-suite, slack, ATS, notion) so we can be fully embedded in your team.
Step 3
Iterative Sourcing
The first week will be an opportunity to calibrate on your ideal profile. I’ll explore the candidate pool, get feedback then dive deeper. You can expect to see technical interviews happening after the second week.
Step 4
Interview and Close
As your temporary recruiter / head of talent, we will assist with coordination, closing and advising on hiring processes. We are your partner from the first email to seeing offer letters get signed.
